- Telegram user ID and username — to identify your account
- Chat messages — your questions and our responses, stored to provide conversation memory and improve service quality
- Subscription and payment data — processed by Telegram Stars (Telegram's built-in payment system); we do not store credit card numbers or bank details
- Technical data — timestamps, message counts, and usage statistics
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Build and store your natal chart
- Generate personalized daily forecasts
- Provide AI-powered astrological consultations
- Process subscriptions and purchases
- Improve service quality and fix bugs
- Send daily forecasts and occasional notifications
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. AI Processing
HeyMira uses third-party AI providers to generate responses:
- Z.ai (GLM) — for chat responses and forecasts
- OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini) — for data processing and summarization
- Anthropic (Claude) — for premium product generation
Your messages are sent to these providers for processing. Each provider has their own data handling policies. We minimize the data sent to only what is necessary for generating responses.
